No matter what your specialty of work under the OD banner, helping your clients and organizations succeed with their customers is foundational to helping their success overall.

We hope you agree and will join us in this our first think-along to explore best approaches for a customer centered practice or organization.

WHO: Bring your willing, explorative selves, your years of experience, and your creativity to our next gathering of OD Network. Be ready to dialogue, have some fun and be productive too.

WHAT: We’ll explore:

  • What methods are organizations using to listen to their customers?
  • What internal assessment tools can you recommend to gauge success with serving customers?
  • What are the elements of a ‘customer service intervention’?
  • How is social media changing the service scene?
  • What application as an OD practitioner can you make to your own clients?

OUTCOMES:

▪ Models to help your clients or your organization create a more vibrant customer-centered workplace

▪ Tools you can offer your clients/organization to help assess “How are we doing?”
