The San Diego Organization Development Network welcomes all individuals, including current students, interested in the field of Organization Development (OD).
Our members include a diverse mix of internal and external OD consultants, university professors, students, training & development professionals, HR professionals, executive coaches, and individuals transitioning into one of these areas. Members work in a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, biotech, hospitality, manufacturing, high-tech, energy, military, education, and government.

Our events and special programs feature speakers and authors who present case studies, lessons learned, OD tools, and HR/OD trends, and engage us in provocative discussions:
