I am a strategic, business transformation and human resources leader with expertise in the management, engagement and capability of human capital with expertise leading global large-scale business and human resources initiatives and transformations. Particular capabilities include leadership development, business process improvement, and organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement in Fortune 500 high-tech companies (IT/Telecom), professional consulting services firms, and government. Emphasis is in defining business requirements, optimizing change effectiveness, assessing and mitigating risks, and creating leader alignment to link vision and strategy in order to execute plans, leveraging resources and technology. In addition, have designed, developed and delivered training curriculum in various topical areas for executives, hi-potentials, and at all other levels. I am an excellent trainer, facilitator, and project manager. I have my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), I am certified in numerous 360 feedback instruments to include the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI) and have taught classes as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University for 10 years and the University of California, Irvine for 3 years. My personal education is ongoing work toward a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University, completion of my MS in Organization Development from The American University and completion of my BS from Robert Morris University. I am active in numerous professional and community organization.
