David Rodgers experience is anchored in the fundamentals of business operations. From 1977 through 1989 he worked primarily for two Minneapolis based companies, Honeywell and CPT. David started his career as a factory engineer and then became a process engineer, project manager, product marketing manager, head of program management for company product lines, and vertical marketing manager of computers in the healthcare industry. During this period, working with people and business partners to produce results became his passion.

In 1989, Mr. Rodgers continued to pursue his passion by beginning his career in training and organizational development. He joined the Los Angeles based consulting group, IMPAQ, by mentoring personally with CEO, Mark Samuel.

Since that time, David has assisted organizations internationally to create their ideal company cultures, develop executives and middle managers, coach project and functional teams to achieve business outcomes and deliverables, on schedule and on budget. The depth and breath of his operational experience has been a key asset. It has allowed him to deliver custom, practical solutions to transforming the way leadership teams and organizations. David latest effort has been to launch dR Consults, designed to serve a new area of personal interest, giving small and mid-sized business owners and leaders access to high-quality, practical and results-based strategies available to larger sized businesses.

Mr. Rodgers graduated in Physics from the University of Minnesota, holds a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and is working on his doctoral thesis. He has also held the position of Managing Director for a non-profit international peace organization. Mr. Rodgers currently lives in North County San Diego and loves spending his free time playing golf, biking, being of service and exploring new growth and learning opportunities.
