astdThe American Society of Training and Development is a professional association for people with training and development responsibilities in business, industry, education, government, public service and other arenas of human resource development. Its mission is to provide personal and professional growth opportunities that enable members to improve work related competencies and performance of individuals, organizations and society.

Monthly Meetings are on the second Monday of the month at the Marriott Courtyard in Kearny Mesa, 8651 Spectrum Center Blvd. Registration and networking take place at 9:30 am, guest speaker at 10:00 am-noon. No pre-registration is required. A special Coaches-in-Action meeting follows from 12:15 - 1:00 pm. Meetings are free to SDPCA members. Guests are always welcome. The cost is $20 (cash or check) per meeting.

If you work in organization and human systems development, HR, change management, leadership or talent development, training, strategic planning, or any area involved in promoting healthy change, the OD Network is for you!

Membership is $200 per year, with $25 discount for members of a regional OD Network.
